At TechPRO 3D we aim to push the capabilities of HVACR technicians by offering custom designed 3D printed solutions to solve problems that would otherwise be impossible. If you can imagine a plastic part that would help you with the job, we make that happen.
We use commercial grade materials like ABS, Polycarbonate, Nylon, and Flex. We can even print with materials infused with Carbon Fiber!
Combined with industry standard engineering design software, you can rest assured your customers are getting the best solution possible.
To provide you with the best solution, we need as accurate and complete information as possible. We can design and manufacture parts to within fractions of a millimetre, and we want to get it right the first time.
For example: if we are making you a new fan guard that is otherwise unavailable, best practice would be to ship us the old fan guard.
In the request form: please describe the problem.
For example, you could say: "The OEM part doesn't allow for enough clearance with typical use, I need a solution that gives the end user more room. We need at least another 1/2 inch. See the attached picture...".
After you've submitted your request, we'll reach out to talk about the details. Once we're settled on a idea, we'll get to work to make your solution a reality. If we have any questions or need any more information during the design process we'll reach out to you. Once we've finished, we'll get in touch again and give you an invoice. When we receive payment, we'll ship your custom part to the address of your choosing.

The rating plate on the unit was damaged beyond recognition and the customer needed new fan guards. So we made them two exact replicas using one of the old broken shrouds.
